Brilliantly retro 3D KS4 mini project

In this project, students will explore the retro design movement and reinterpret it in a contemporary 3D form. They will research designers, analyse visual characteristics of retro styles, and experiment with materials, textures, colour, and pattern before designing and making a final 3D product inspired by the past. The project encourages creativity, technical skill, and critical thinking while introducing students to the importance of design history and experimentation.
